Joe Wray is Green Branch’s President and Managing Member. Joe’s 50 year commercial real estate career includes in-depth experience in property acquisition, development, asset management and sales, mortgage origination, workouts/foreclosures, and appraisal.

Prior to starting GBRP in 2003, Joe was with Equitable Real Estate in Rochester, NY, Boston, Atlanta and Boca Raton; Confederation Life and CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta; and Edens & Avant in Columbia, SC.
