Joe Wray is Green Branch’s President and Managing Member. Joe’s 50 year commercial real estate career includes in-depth experience in property acquisition, development, asset management and sales, mortgage origination, workouts/foreclosures, and appraisal.

Prior to forming GBRP in 2003, Joe was with Equitable Real Estate in Rochester, NY, Boston, Atlanta and Boca Raton, Confederation Life and CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta and Edens & Avant in Columbia, SC.
